A. Information You Provide To US
Account Data: Name, email, phone number, and social media handles.
User Content: The boards you build, photos you upload, "spicy" captions, and tags.
Contact Syncing: If you choose to sync your contacts, we only use this to help you find friends already on Hurd. Unlike other apps, we don't store your entire address book forever.

Location Data: With your permission, we use GPS to show you nearby spots on your Map tab.
Usage Data: Diagnostic data and "crash dumps" to ensure the app stays smooth and bug-free.

Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings.

Hurd is intended for users over the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of our platform. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
